Welcome to D’ Vision Academy. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and online learning services (“Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
1. Enrollment and Eligibility
- You must be a parent/guardian or student above 13 years of age to register or access our Services.
- Enrolling in any course requires providing accurate information, including your name, contact details, and class/grade.
- Upon successful registration and payment, access to the live classes, study kit, and digital resources will be granted.
2. Classes and Access
- Live online classes are held Monday to Saturday. Recordings may be provided at the academy’s discretion.
- Study materials, tests, and doubt-solving services are accessible via our website or app.
- Students are expected to maintain discipline, punctuality, and regular attendance.
3. Payment & Subscription
- Subscription fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable once classes begin, unless otherwise stated in a written policy.
- All transactions are processed securely via trusted payment gateways such as Razorpay/PayU.
- Any promotional offer, such as “1 Month Free in July”, is valid only during the offer period and cannot be transferred or redeemed later.
- In case of payment failure, services may be suspended until the dues are cleared.
4. Study Kits & Rewards
- Free study kits (PDFs, test series, past papers) are provided upon enrollment and are non-transferable.
- Monthly rewards up to ₹10,000/- are based on student performance in internal tests. D’ Vision Academy reserves the right to determine winners and eligibility.
5. Use of Platform
You agree to:
- Use the platform only for educational purposes.
- Not share your account login or course material with others.
- Not attempt to hack, damage, or misuse the website/app.
- Respect fellow students, teachers, and staff during classes and interactions.
Misuse of the platform may lead to suspension or termination of your account without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content, including live class recordings, notes, videos, text, graphics, and logos, are the intellectual property of D’ Vision Academy.
- You may not reproduce, share, sell, or distribute any material without written permission.
7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations and refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of enrollment and before attending any live class or accessing downloadable materials.
- Refunds are not available once classes begin or study materials have been accessed/downloaded.
- All refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
8. Privacy
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We ensure your information is stored and processed securely and will never be sold to third parties.
9. Limitation of Liability
D’ Vision Academy will not be held responsible for:
- Technical interruptions, server downtime, or internet issues beyond our control.
- Loss of academic performance due to student inaction.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to access the Services.
10. Changes to the Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
