At D’ Vision Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality online education and support. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances change. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
By enrolling in our services, you agree to the terms of this Return and Refund Policy.
1. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- A refund request is made within 7 days of enrollment, and
- No live classes have been attended, and
- No study material (PDFs, test series, etc.) has been downloaded or accessed
If any of the above conditions are not met, the enrollment will be considered non-refundable.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
- Student has already attended one or more live classes
- Access to digital resources, test series, or study kit has been used
- Refund request is made after 7 days from the date of enrollment
- Offers, discounts, and free trial months (e.g., “1 Month Free in July”) are not eligible for refund
3. Cancellation of Subscription
- You may request to cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellation does not guarantee a refund unless it meets the criteria in Section 1.
- Services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Refund Process
- To request a refund, please contact our support team at info@dvisionacademy.com with:
- Your full name
- Registered email or phone number
- Enrollment date and payment receipt
- Reason for refund
- All valid refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method used at the time of enrollment.
5. Technical Issues
In the event of payment errors or duplicate charges, please notify us immediately. If verified, a full refund will be issued for the duplicate transaction.
